Your pets deserve the best – it’s simple! That’s why we’ve made caring for pets simple, too. Here’s how it works:
- Your purchases a pet insurance policy.
- You take your pet to their veterinarian for a covered treatment and pay the bill.
- Submit a claim for reimbursement.

You can choose from two different policy options:
Accident & Illness or Accident, Illness & Wellness.
Then you select:
- Reimbursement of 70%, 80% or 90%
- Deductible of $250, $500 or $1,000
- Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or $15,000

DEDUCTIBLE & REIMBURSEMENT
Policies have a 12-month term deductible, so once the deductible is met, you won’t have to satisfy it again until the next 12-month plan period. After the annual deductible is met, the reimbursement amount will be 70%, 80% or 90% of the covered invoice, based on the reimbursement percentage selected when the policy was purchased. Reimbursements can be deposited directly into your bank account or sent via check.

If you opt for the Accident, Illness & Wellness package, you will get fixed reimbursement amounts for common wellness and preventive care items, such as vaccines and flea shots. These coverages are not subject to deductibles, annual maximums or reimbursement percentages.
